The Inventory Manager Import Data Sources tool allows dealerships to import and manage their vehicle inventory API data sources within ADPs platform.
INVENTORY MANAGER – INVENTORY SCRIPTS
Managing vehicle inventory data, previously required clients to contact ADP representatives in order to request manual coding of their SQL data scripts – a service that cost ADP a lot of money.
To solve this problem, I designed a new solution that enabled dealership clients to easily select and manage data for their vehicle inventory sources on their own.
INVENTORY DATA SYNDICATION
The Inventory Data Syndication feature allows dealerships to syndicate their vehicle inventory data from third party sources (such as Cars.com, Edmunds, Carfax etc…) using ADPs database. This enables dealerships to monitor, stock and manage their inventories more efficiently.
The Common Vehicle Services (CVS) feature connects a dealership’s full inventory data into a single ADP database. The CVS Installation tool supplies new dealerships with an onboarding process that syncs their vehicle inventory data in 5 simple steps.
The Vehicle Incentives dashboard provided incentives to ADPs internal inventory, and gave their sales teams the ability to track and monitor how automotive retail incentives were created using criteria such as vehicle make, dealer, OEM, and more.
